Privacy policy

This policy explains what PhotoCraft Online collects and why. The short version: your files never reach us.

Your files

Every tool and editor on photocraft-online.com runs inside your web browser. Files you open are read from your device, processed on your device and saved back to it. They are not uploaded to our servers or to anyone else, and we cannot see them. File names are not sent to us either.

Account data

You only need an account to subscribe to Pro. When you create one we store your email address, your name if your sign-in provider shares it, and your sign-in sessions. When you are signed in we record how many times you used each tool each day, with the number and total size of the files, so we can apply plan limits. We keep these usage records for 90 days.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your subscription status and a customer reference, never your card details.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites. The only cookies we set are the sign-in cookies needed to keep you logged in. Your theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare to host the site and store account data, Resend to send sign-in emails, Paddle for payments, and Sentry to receive error reports. Error reports are filtered so they do not contain file names or file content.

Your choices

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. This cancels any subscription and removes your account data. To ask a question about your data, email support@photocraft-online.com.
